Bernard arrived around 4pm that day and got the work done. He removed the old locks and covered up the gaping holes where they used to be with brass plates, a problem I had not even considered. He installed new locks and it looks great. We were able to satisfy the Housing Authority and get our neighbor's parents moved it thanks to Bernard Kenney and Admmard Lock and Key.
