the agent ,Christina Roache, and team did a first class professional job from start to finish. Christina was responsive and acted as much a consultant as sales agent. Told us what to do to sell the house, we followed her instructions and house was sold at an excellent price before it was listed. If you want to sell your house in this environment these are the people.

At first, Natalie may appear very direct... but after this purchase we realized that's exactly who you want when you're making the biggest investment of your life. Her honesty and directness were quite refreshing. Natalie took me to approximately 20 properties. She demonstrated detailed knowledge of many different communities (ranging from Framingham to Norwood). She also was able to help us choose based on school ratings, tax-rates, and other data. We eventually found an auction on a great 2-family home. We did not win the auction (wasn't willing to spend that much), but after other bidders could not get financing, the seller's agent contacted Natalie and we renegotiated from my last price. At this point, the price was approximately $100,000 less than the sellers owed on the house (and the bank was to take the loss). After inspection, Natalie and I were able to negotiate another $28,000 off the price of the home. I had to be out of my old apartment within the month, so Natalie convinced the seller to allow us to occupy the home for free until the closing date. Soon after, the seller's mortgage holder went bankrupt as part of the banking crisis of late 2008. It was bought by another bank which then went under and was acquired by Countrywide. Countrywide was subsequently acquired by Bank of America. In all the confusion, the paperwork took forever to get processed and we lived in the house for FREE for 8 1/2 months!!!!!! She really did a great job at coordinating with us and the TWO seller's agents. I think it really pays to have an agent who knows the area and has enough experience to have been through several up and down markets to really know how to gauge one's bargaining position. She did a great job at leveraging the market and the seller's position to get us a great deal. She also helped us get an $8,000 tax credit and left all the paperwork for us at the house.
