Oil hose blew over the weekend.  Had the care towed to Medfield Automotive.  Bill diagnosed it first thing Monday morning and called me to discuss it before I had left for work.  He obtained the part and installed it the same day.
I have used Bill for all my auto service for several years.  He is always prompt, professional, and looks out for the best interest of his customer.  I would refer him to anyone... and have.

I will never take my car anywhere other than Medfield Automotive.  Bill is an excellent diagnostician.  He once diagnosed something that was wrong with my son's car while my son was driving it...in Connecticut!  So, obviously, Bill didn't even look at the car, but knew by the description what was happening and what needed to be done.  You can't ask for any more than that!  Besides his diagnostic skills, Bill is also the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever met.  He will never push a service on your car that does not have to be done.  His prices are competitive and he always uses good products.  I took my car to the Toyota dealer for the free oil changes for the first year I owned it - they used a cheap oil filter, not even a brand name.  Even if I had free oil changes now, I would still take my car to Bill for that service - he's the only auto mechanic I trust.

My daughter complained of a "strange noise" while driving.  I called Bill at Medfield Automotive and he was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem.  I have used Medfield Automotive for several years and always find Bill to be honest, reliable and dependable.  His repair work has been and continues to be outstanding.  Not only does he fairly price his work but he carries a 3year/36,000 mile warranty on most of his parts. When Bill was finished with the repair, he noticed that the inspection sticker was due and had that done before she picked up the car. I highly recommend Medfield Automotive.

Bill is a great mechanic, he answers all questions and I have been taking my cars to him since he took over the business from Tom (it used to be called Tom's Auto).  In addition to being an excellent mechanic he is also very honest, he never tries to get you to spend more (quite the opposite) - unlike many of the car dealership mechanics.  I never take my cars anyplace else unless I have to because of warranty work.  He's also a super nice guy!

They are excellent. The vehicle is always ready when they say it is. The owner is a fine mechanic. They are very reasonable. The work is quality. I just can’t say enough good about them. It’s a great shop. I would absolutely use them again in the future, and I am going there tomorrow.
