They did an excellent job.

For the second time in three years, we have partially or fully lost our professionally hydroseeded and maintained front lawn. Lueders somehow guarantees that your lawn will look great -- but what was explained to me was "we don't guarantee you won't get grubs (or have disease that will disrupt your lawn), but if that happens we will make it right." Fair enough: but this 2018 year we lost most of our front lawn and some of the back. And instead of fixing it, this time they wanted more $ to make it right. From my perspective, these guys are out here spreading fertilizer and taking soil samples all the time -- how does most of my lawn die from disease??? We also contracted them to spray our trees so we are not a simple hit-and-run customer, which is why I was so surprised our happiness and satisfaction came down to $78.

I can't say enough good things about them. They are professional, courteous, careful, and very responsive.

Service was performed below our satisfaction and was not completed as thoroughly as described during the estimate.  In addition the cost was 10% over the estimate which was the maximum amount allowed per the contract.  There was no follow-up with us during or after the project initiated by Lueders with the exception of being informed of the cost over-run.  Compared to other tree services we have used in the past they fall below our expectations of value and customer service.

It looks good.  I requested mostly organic and they did not end up using organic.  I called and they  said they would make a note to do organic treatments.  I would want them to listen to what the customer wants and sticking with it.

I have been using them for 4 years. They are very well-organized and efficient. When they make an appointment, they keep it. They have very good equipment. They are one of the few companies lef that climb the trees.

They are tree specialists and they are very good.  I used them last season too.  They were recommended to us.  They have done what I have asked them to do.  They are professional.  They are on time.

They are reliable, professional, and responsive to our needs.  When we tell them to stay away from a specific area they listen to us.

Joe was very patient with me as I had him come out in the summer of the previous year but didn't pull the trigger until the following spring. Over the winter, a few new storms had created some wind damage and Joe came back out, revised the estimate based on the new conditions and we went ahead and had the service performed.
2 arborists came out and did the actual work. They arrived at 7:30 AM and left at 3:30 PM. The work done was thoughtful and very thorough. As the guys were working I actually interrupted to get a better sense of why a particular cut was being made and Mark was super cool about explaining his rationale. One thing I would have done differently was to do a walk through of the work to be performed prior to things getting started. I thought I knew what they were going to do but was a bit surprised at how much of some of our trees had to go. I'm confident that the right decisions were made, but it was a bit harrowing going into it not fully understanding what we would see. We left for the day while they were working and returned home to find everything cleaned quite well.
All in all, would use them again.

It's easy and they call prior to coming out to apply the fertilizer, etc. This year, they were delayed a couple of times but that wasn't a problem.  However, if there is a problem with moles/voles, as we had, they did not make us aware of it and only realized it when we saw numerous deep holes throughout the yard.  However, they are very responsive otherwise and very customer friendly.

These dormant prunings are done every three or four years, after a preliminary visit the previous fall to assess the situation and make recommendations; they then send a proposal, and I return it with a small deposit to secure a place on the winter calendar.  The service had to be done unusually late this year, because the severe winter, with a monstrous snowfall, kept the company at full stretch responding to emergency calls; but the service was still done before the trees came out of dormancy, at the best time from a tree's perspective.  Lueder's sent me a letter during the winter explaining the delay, and called me later with a progress report.  As always, they appeared promptly in the morning of the date arranged in advance.   In this case, the work took about five hours.  As a result of all the pruning, there was inevitably a lot of tree debris filling up my small and narrow yard, and my neighbors' yards as well, which the crew cleaned up; no harm was done to my property or garden, or my neighbors', though they had to work in close quarters in a semi-urban environment, carefully lowering down any branches that could cause trouble.  Lueder's also does an annual "deep-root fertilization" of my trees every fall.

We have used them for about 5 years now so obviously we are satisfied.

We spent about $3,000 on the work they did and were very reasonably priced. They knew what they were doing and did a good job and there was one part of the job that they were not satisfied with and they came back and took care of it.

They did a very solid job. They are very environmentally conscious and really know their stuff.

They worked almost all day and were polite the whole time. They really were nice and knew what they were doing. We had a little stump that had to be finished and they came right back to remove it. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

IT'S BEEN A FAIRLY PLEASANT AND PAINLESS PROCESS. WE PREVIOUSLY HAD BEEN A CUSTOMER OF A WELL-KNOWN LAWN COMPANY, WHICH REQUIRED US TO CALL CONSTANTLY TO REMIND THEM OF WHEN THE LAWN NEEDED TREATMENT. WITH LUEDER'S, THEY HAVE BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE AND TIMELY WITH THE TREATMENT. THEY DID, HOWEVER, UNINTENTIONALLY OVERLOOK OUR REQUEST TO HAVE OVERSEEDING IN SEPTEMBER BUT WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND IT IS NOW IN THE SCHEDULE FOR NEXT YEAR. WE CURRENTLY ARE HAVING AN ISSUE WITH OUR LAWN (GRUBS OR A MOLE/VOLE) AND ARE IN THE PROCESS OF DETERMINING WHAT IT IS. AS OF THIS WRITING, WE ARE SCHEDULED FOR A LIME TREATMENT IN NOVEMBER. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND VERY PLEASANT TO SPEAK TO.

IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY CAME PROMPTLY FOR THE ESTIMATE. YOU DEAL WITH THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, MIKE, WHO IS AN ARBORIST. HE TOOK A LOT OF TIME WALKING THE PROPERTY WITH ME. HE RETURNED THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE PROMPTLY. WHEN THEY CAME OUT, THERE WAS ANOTHER ARBORIST ON SITE. MIKE CAME OUT AGAIN TO WALK THE PROPERTY WITH THE OTHER ARBORIST AND MYSELF. THEY ARE SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE CONTINUED TREATMENT AND GROWTH OF THE TREES. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. USING AN ARBORIST IS MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE YOU RECEIVE IS WORTH IT. LUEDER'S PRICING WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER ESTIMATES I RECEIVED FROM OTHER TREE SERVICES THAT HAVE ARBORISTS ON STAFF. THIS COMPANY USED A 3-MAN CREW AND THEY WERE HERE FOR APPROXIMATELY 6 HOURS. THE BEST PART WAS THAT THEY CALLED ME BACK A FEW DAYS AFTER THEY DID THE WORK TO LET ME KNOW THAT IT DID NOT TAKE AS LONG AS THEY HAD ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED, AND THEY GAVE ME A REFUND!! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. A++!

OUR SERVICE PROVIDER, BOB, HAS BEEN EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND RESPONSIVE. HE ALWAYS CALLS TO ASK QUESTIONS IF HE NOTICES CHANGES TO THE YARD LIKE NEW PLANTS OR WORK IN PROGRESS SO THAT HE WON'T HARM THEM, WHICH WE APPRECIATE. HE EVEN HELPED OUT OUR ELDERLY NEIGHBORS WHEN SOME POISON IVY HAD ''JUMPED'' FROM OUR PROPERTY TO THEIRS, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. WE HAVE NOTICED A MARKED IMPROVEMENT IN OUR LAWN IN JUST THE FIRST YEAR, AND ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

CAME AND DID WHAT WAS EXPECTED BUT ARE WORRIED ABOUT THE NEXT TASK, AND ARE VERY PUSHY WITH SALES. THEY DIAGNOSED PROBLEM WITH TREE, BUT OFFERED NO SOLUTION.

WE'VE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEM.
