Great!!! Our house looks awesome. They fit us into their schedule quickly, got it done quickly , and their painters were very professional and courteous.

Work was high quality. My biggest complaint was getting jerked around on price. Example 1: the original carpentry was going to cost a lot so I decided to do most of it myself,. I asked that they come back after I was done and re-estimate which they did. However, the price for one piece of the work went up. When I asked the owner why I was told it was a different estimator the second time. Huh? I asked that he honor the original estimate and he refused. Example 2: I noticed that the estimate specifically excluded my shed. I wanted it painted and he said $500. Small shed, clean, no damage...just needed a coat of paint. I said I thought that was excessive and asked whether he would give me consideration (not free...just less) given example 1. Answer: nope Example 3: Apparently the estimate also didn't include painting my shutters. Really? Are they not part of the house? I only found out because one of the crew asked me if I wanted them painted. I was at first confused by the question until he told me that this would cost extra. I called the owner and he quoted me $400. I appealed to his sense of fairness given 1 and 2 above. He wasn't moved. At the end of the day, the job cost me $1100 more than quoted. Like I said, quality was good but if you hire these guys makes sure you look for what is excluded as much as what us included. Also know that any issue, complaint, or problem you have will be met with blank stares.

I got two estimates from these folks: one for windows, one for painting and exterior carpentry. The estimate for windows was less detailed than I expected and I went with another company. The estimate for painting was much more thorough and was the best of the ones that I got.
They pressure washed the exterior and did two coats of paint on the main boards and one coat on the trim. They fixed up the exterior boards that were broken before starting, and coordinated with me on the start date based on the separate contractor for the windows. The owner responded very quickly to all my queries and was on top of anything that went wrong.

They were on time, worked all day and had a great attitude.  They had a good number of guys on the job so it went by very fast.  There were a few spots missed that were not recognized until the spring. However, they came out right away and took care of it.  Excellent customer service!

It went very well. They were punctual, professional, and their work was of the highest quality. There were a couple of small things that we wanted fixed when they were about done. We contacted them one afternoon and the next morning they were there are 7am to see the items and had them fixed by the end of the day, no questions asked or objections. I wish all companies were this easy to work with

Dan was very responsive in providing a quote and answering questions during the painting, usually by e-mail.  The actual job managers were very polite, responsive, professional and did an excellent job cleaning up.  I was thoroughly pleased.  Their carpentry work was excellent as well, as I had several difficult window repairs that were necessary before painting.

Everything went great. This company has a great system in place and everything went like clockwork. Sebastion came out and provided me an estimate for the project within a day. I obtained a couple of other quotes from other companies and Laperle was right on target with price. The crew was great and the job was completed in a timely manner. I would most certainly use them again for future painting.

Fantastic!!!  We just purchased a home in Medfield.  Our original plan was to paint the interior on our own.  With so many other tasks related to the move; we decided to hire a professional painter.  Most of the painters I called were friendly, but all acknowledged they were booked for most of the summer with exterior paint jobs.   When I called Laperle, Dan called me right back and agreed to send someone out to our home to estimate the work.  Sebastian arrived promptly and provided a very detailed (room by room) estimate of the work, providing me the option to phase some of the work.  We decided to go with Laperle.  Within a week, Sebastian was able to fit our work in between another project which required a delay (...due to required carpentry).  Sebastian assigned Wilson and his team to do the job.  Wilson arrived promptly at 7:00 AM each morning; always smiling and always asking me if everything was okay.  The work was completed in about one week and it looks fabulous.  Additionally, we have a huge weight off of our shoulders as we do not need to worry about painting for a while.  I would absolutely recommend Laperle painting to a friend -- my experiences with Dan, Sebastian and Wilson were all excellent.

 I received an estimate from Laperle's painting and 3 others for exterior painting of stucco. It wasn't a huge job, about 1/3 to 1/2 of my home is stucco and the rest siding. I only wanted the stucco painted, as it was worn and due to fading, etc. it didn't match the siding. After calling and speaking with Dan LaPerle (the owner), Sebastian came out promptly and was on time for the estimate. He was friendly, and was very knowledgable, more than happy to spend the time answering my questions. I had asked for his opinion on color options because I was undecided as to whether I wanted to match the existing siding or choose a contrasting/complementing shade of paint for the stucco. Rather than give me his opinion, he helped me decide what look I was going for and gave me some materials and suggestions to help me decide. He offered to have a few colors mixed and applied if I was still unsure when it was time to start. I asked him a few questions about materials, and prepping and painting stucco. This being the first time hiring a painting contractor, I was a bit nervous, but he totally set me at ease and gained my confidence with his knowledge and ease and comfort with answering my questions. I also got the sense that he wasn't trying to bilk me & make extra money off of me, and I really appreciated his honesty and strait forwardness, particularly since I was clearly inexperienced in the matter.

He came back with a fair estimate. Out of all, one painter seemed to feel the size of the job wasn't worthwhile, and ended up not getting back to me. Another estimate was outrageous, so it came down to LaPerle and another reputable seeming company. having done all my research, I had a good feeling about LaPerle. I wasn't disappointed, they were there when they told me they would be, were professional and polite. When rain would cause an obvious delay, Sebastian called and they started right back up in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the color match, paint quality, and end result. Sebastian is a pleasure to deal with and I feel like I'm pulling up to a new home. 

They were scheduled to come and they switched the dates quickly. They came when they said they were going to, which is a big thing to us. A lot of contractors don t even bother to come. They painted so well and fixed the wood trim that needed fixing. They are very good.

THE OWNER, DANIEL LA PERLE, PROMISED and NEVER APPEARED ON MY PROPERTY SINCE HE SOLD ME HIS SERVICES AND WAS UNTRUTHFUL IN WHAT HE SAID HE'D PROVIDE IN SERVICES. DECEIVED ME IN WHAT HE SAID CARPENTRY COSTS WOULD BE. QUOTED $1300, AND THEN WANTED AN ADDITIONAL $1700 FOR CARPENTRY WORK UPON STARTING JOB. ABRUPTLY PULLED OFF JOB, LEAVING MY PROPERTY IN DISARRAY. HE DID NOT LEAVE PROPERTY IN THE CONDITION HE FOUND IT IN!
