They did the bare minimum and left the site messy. They did not water the ferns or adequately cover the bulb of dirt from one of the new ferns. I purchased the plants myself and it was 2 guys that came out. It wasn't until my 3rd call to set up the appointment that he responded. He said he would be here at 8am and didn't show up until 9am and didn't call to let me know.
