I was in the middle of working on a project when I got a virus. My computer had been running slow for several months, but with the onset of the virus, my computer was practically crippled. I called Julie and she told me to drop off my computer and she would take a look at it. I had my computer to her within the hour and she had it back to me less than a day later.
