Charles Street Auto Body

I hit a deer with my car and damaged the hood and front grill.  My
insurance company recommended Charles St. Auto Body in Medfield, and
since they were not on Angies List, I made an appointment to talk to the
owner prior to scheduling service.  Harry, the owner, was easy to talk
to and clearly an expert in his field.  He walked me through the process
(this was my first accident) and set my expectations on dealing with
the insurance, the quality of work and the length needed.   After going
home and reviewing my options, we decided to go with Charles Street to
execute the work.  We had to drop of the car after hours, and he helped
make this as convenient as possible, doing the same when we had to pick
up the car (after hours).  There was additional work needed while the
car was in the shop, but he took care of it directly with insurance
company so I didn't have to play interference (one less headache!). The
work was excellant, the paint job was spot on and he was an absolute
pleasure to deal with.
