We recently noticed a problem with carpenter ants and called to have our home inspected for free. They identified the ant problem as well as a problem with mice in the basement. They treated for the ants and guarantee the service. The also offer a reasonable quarterly pest control service to take care of other pests throughout the year.

It was excellent. I had a problem the day after his service with bees. I called him and he came by the same day, and the man said you might have a problem with a hive.

He looked in the attic and said there might be a few bees trying to build a hive, so he sprayed the area. I asked him what the charge was, and he said, and quot;my pleasure.and quot;

They use a good product, have a 6 month warranty and guarantee what they do. They are neat, get to the point, and get it done.

Very well. 20 minutes from start to finish but chatted with Ralph about 15 more minutes. As always, they are pleasant to deal with and my questions are answered well (I am a scientist so I usually have lots of questions about pests). Always professional and friendly. Their products/services are simple and, while not cheap, reasonable.

Besides termites, we had had them for mice (winter 2012) and wasps (a few years). I would never want to contact any other company for pest controls and I hope many other customers, old or new, would do the same so that this company sustains good quality services for a long long time.

They had a six- month guarantee. I had to have them come back to respray because it didn't look like some of the areas had been done. The customer service has been pretty good. The quality of service has been good.

This is a small family owned business. I really like dealing with one family and I would recommend them to everyone.

Very positive experience with APC - came 3 times to get rid of ants - no additional charges though and they showed up same day when we got home from vacation and they were all over the place. Friendly and helpful staff, prompt response time, flexible billing options. They continue to do a monthly spray for mosquitoes and ticks. We are very happy with their environmentally friendly products - extremely effective and we don't worry about poisoning our children.

I needed an exterminator for a house we bought a year ago and to deal with some animals in the attic. APC came on time and provided an estimate. I had looked into another company and had their estimate already. Both offered similar service and were prompt and professiona. Opted for APC because it was cheaper. They do not remove flying squirrels, but offered the name and phone number of a trapper that did. Overall, I am happy with their service. They have come twice to the house as part of a 4 visit service.

They spray the outside of the house and they will spray the inside if you ask them. That is supposed to be included in the service contract. However, sometimes I come back and there is a bill in the door where they would have just sprayed the outdoor. So I have to call them back to do the indoors. In addition to the spraying they also lay mouse traps. They will come and check them if you ask. I like them very much. They are very reasonable, very punctual and very professional. I would continue to use them in the future.

I would recommend them to others. They are really prompt and honest. They are very thorough. I had a number of problems with the bugs and their treatments have always worked as promised for a longer duration. Their office staff and the crew who come out for inspections are really good.

They always show up on time. I really like their technicians. They always seem to do a good job. I have used them before and haven't had any problems with their services.
