Spotted Salamander Organizing & Design
About us
Spotted Salamander is a full-service, hands-on service. When organizing and decluttering, I will be with you every step of the way, in it up to my elbows -- we do not just stand by and offer suggestions. You deal only with the owner of the business, never an assistant or contractor. We strive to make the process easy, stress-free and (dare I say it?) even fun. No job is too small or too big. No matter how overwhelming it may seem, we can fix it. In the areas of design and staging, we specialize in using what you already have. We are happy to do complete overhauls, but we do not assume that you want to discard all your belongings and start from scratch. We can find space and solutions you never imagined and create beauty with what is already there. There are photos of our work on our website, SpottedSalamanderOnline.com.

"I'm sorry you didn't feel that the session was worthy of an A. It seemed very productive, and we bounced ideas back and forth well. Please let me know what you did not like so that I can do better. Thank you."
"I am generally booked up about 2 weeks out, sometimes more, and I tell all prospective clients this. It is correct that the client asked in February for a date in the 3rd week of April. I responded immediately - in February - saying I was available, and asking to set something up. By the time the client responded in early April - now only a couple of weeks from the desired time - I was indeed booked. It is also correct that we did set up an appointment. When I called the client at the time of our appointment, from in front of his empty house, I was told that he was too busy to meet me, and that was the first notice I got that he was experiencing unusual circumstances. However, committing an afternoon and showing up at the mutually agreed upon place and time, only to be told when I got there that the client wants to reschedule, is frustrating. I am sorry that the scheduling did not work out. I am glad you got a full refund on your package, which actually cost $135, so you didn't lose any time or money on this transaction. Someone with a more "on demand" type of scheduling would probably be a better fit."
"Thank you! I really look forward to working with you again."
"Thank you for this great review. Please send me pictures of your bedroom if you don't mind - I'd love to see the results!"
