He agreed to reseed lawn in the fall and do some plantings, but didn't respond to multiple phone calls to schedule, and when he finally responded said it was too late to do the work (initial discussion and visit to scope project was in early September, with plenty of time to do so)

THE OWNER DOUG WAS EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH IN EARLY SPRING FOR A QUOTE. I HIRED HIM TO DO WEEKLY LAWN MOWING. BUT SINCE THEN I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES TO DISCUSS DOING ADDITIONAL WORK AND HE HAS NOT RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS IN OVER A MONTH. RECENTLY HIS WORKERS RAN OVER A FLOWER BED, KILLING SOME PLANTS, AND HE STILL WON''T RETURN MY CALLS.
