Ken and his team were terrific. Ken answered my first call quickly, came out to see the ktichen and gave us a quote quickly. The work was done as pormised in the time frame they promised an dhis team was professional, pleaseant and clean. They had to cut through a ceiling in the basement office and Ken evven brought a carpenter to do that work and the carpenter replastered - the plaster job was fabulous - you can' t even tell there was a hole there.
The whole process was terrific and I now consider KNP our go to elecgtricians.

Ken had done an expert job on all the electrical work in our new kitchen through another contractor, so when we needed an outlet installed for the new fireplace insert we are putting in, we called him. He promptly returned our call, came at the arranged time, and did an excellent job of running the new line. We will use him for all our electrical work in the future.

He called me back less than 24 hours after I left a phone message when we made a date for him to do work the following week. I consider this to be very good response. Work done efficiently in a professional manner.

I got two estimates from highly rated (Angies) electricians for the home theater lighting/wiring work. Ken was significantly cheaper than the other estimate, and he also gave a detailed quote (via email). Ken showed up when he said he would, and frequently consulted with us about various aspects of the job (speaker and jack placement, best way to hide wires, ...). He took time to sweep and vacuum the living room after he did some drywall work. His work was top notch - I'd definitely hire him again.

When the work was being done things went well. Biggest complaint on our part was the time to complete (weeks) and lack of usable information during the process. Kenny is a good guy and very responsive to calls, but he was not very effective at providing us with the information we needed to understand effectively what he needed to do and how that would impact the work. I would use him for basic electrical stuff like putting in lighting, etc.

He returned the message promptly, and showed up to give the estimate on time. He was able to do the job within a few days; showed up on time; and got it done. Really couldn't ask for more, and we'll have him back again to do any additional electrical work we may need.

Ken responded to my initial call the same day. Because this was a relatively small job, it was scheduled for mid afternoon a few days later. The day of the first service, Ken called to let me know he was leaving his previous service call and would arrive within 20 minutes. He arrived as scheduled. He worked efficiently and did adjustments of fixture heights above the counter and table to make sure they were positioned at a height I wanted. I also want to add that he was careful moving the ladder in and out of the house, so as not to bump into any walls or furniture. Because it was already late in the afternoon when he finished the worked he was scheduled to perform, Ken said that he would just come back in a couple of days to take care of the additional requests. He and my husband worked out a mutually convenient day and time. I was not around when Ken returned for the outlet installation, but my husband commented that he arrived as scheduled and was careful in his work. Ken mailed us an invoice the following week. His charges included labor and miscellaneous parts for the outlet installation. Both my husband and I felt that he was fair in his pricing for the work performed and that he was friendly yet professional.

His price is very reasonable, he is very responsive, and always on time. He was really efficient and did great quality work. I liked that he was really neat in his manner of working and would recommend him to others.
