FAUCETORIUM

I was up half the night cleaning out the areas to be caulked and then dryer them so they could be caulked promptly. The first thing the man did when he arrived was to hose down the tub, proudly telling me that he was going to make my tub "shine". I didn't hire him to make my tub shine, I'd hired him to caulk it and now there would be a lengthy period of time wasted while the tub dried. He installed the world's most expensive shower curtain rod, though to be fair I hadn't thought to specify price. In fact, I didn't know there was such a range of prices in shower curtain rods. The man talked my ear off while I tried to work in my office next to the bathroom and the whole thing was taking so long that I finally got my own heat gun and started drying the space to be caulked myself. When I got the bill I was literally stunned.
