Bruce was incredible. He educated both me and my wife as to what to look for, gave pointers to avoid issues as new homeowners, prioritized projects and most importantly assured us we were making a good purchase. There are many emotions involved with buying a house, Bruce will give prompt and precise feedback of the property in question. Great services, better man - Highly recommend!!!

He was very timely, extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough. Report on-site right after completion of inspection. Not the friendliest of guys but very professional and responsive to questions.
