The roof repair was done twice, still leaking and ruining all the new insulation he replaced in my stairwell to the basement. My insurance company recommended him. He was very pleasant in the beginning, even when he sent outside contractors to paint that did a sloppy job. Now he hasn’t returned my phone calls or emails. Even my insurance company tried to contact him and he won’t call them back either! Now I am getting black mold.
