He was able to reassure us that we didn't have an infestation. The adorable beagle came out and sniffed around the house. He showed us that the dog would have noticed the bugs if he had seen them. The man was very pleasant and the dog was cute, but you're not allowed to pet it!

A neighbor suspected they had bed bugs based on a previous inspector's incorrect diagnosis without using a dog and called this inspector for a second opinion. Our neighbour paid for an inspection of their apartment and the inspector added an inspection of ours at no extra charge. He looked at our place very carefully, and found that the bugs in question were just silver fish and carpet beetles - no bed bugs. He was very professional and we'd definitely use him again.
