As a rental owner I rarely hear good reviews about property management companies, which is why I've always managed my properties myself. But when I was ready to hire someone, I felt confident about going with Diamond Property MGMT. First impressions put me at ease with their transparency, quick responses and easy and friendly transition for my tenants. What I like most so far though is DPM's balance between efficient, professional and modern service. The owner Brian is both knowledgeable and honest but also listens and respects my preferences as a landlord. Tenants are handled with respectful and efficiency. I really wanted a management company that stood out from the rest and DPM does in more ways than are listed on their website for sure.
