"Thank you."
"Sorry to read your review... When we met with you last week to go over your concerns, I thought we were on the right track. We have 300 lawn mowing accounts and this is the first bad review we have had in many years. We always address issues the same day, meet with customers, and resolve the issue. We appreciate your feedback."
"Thanks for your feedback, we leave a form on the door after each application with the application detail and the amount billed on the bottom. We also have an online system that you can review your account detail at anytime and make payments via credit card or bank. We also mail a monthly invoice with any open balances."
"This is a complete miss understanding. This customer hired us to mow his lawn. He than hired us to mow a street side section of his lawn every other week and we agreed to a separate cost and he paid us for all of the services. We billed the street side section on the same account as his regular lawn account so naturally there would be more number of mowings because it would be as if we were mowing two lawns for him. There was no confusion on his part or mine. At the end of the season he added the number of mowings, normally 28, and asked why there were 33 in the season. He emailed the office, My fiancé, and office manager is on Maternity leave and did not answer back, we are in winter hours off season landscapers. Had he called he would have reached me and I could have cleared it up. See the customers email detail below. agreement attached. Howie <[email protected]> 9/3/17 Dan, I?ve attached a copy of my plot plan which shows the property abutting Beach St. I?d like the stretch marked as ?Lot 6? from the driveway to my property line, included. You had quoted me $100 for the initial mow and $40 for subsequent mowing. I believe that area could be done every four weeks. Your thoughts? Thank you"
"Hi we completed your aeration and seeding on 10/16/17 today is 10/31/17. Seed is highest quality the only seed we have ever used. Seed falls into the aeration holes, germinates in the holes, and will not appear on the surface for at least 3 weeks, with proper watering, seed continues to grow in the spring."

"Thanks we appreciate the business, Dan Cahill the owner provided the verbal quote of $600 for a bed clean up and removal of a large branch. We agreed on $600 and this customer was very very happy and surprised at how reasonable that price was. The customer asked for a separate quote for Bed Edging for one bed. I quoted $100. She passed on that service. We sent the crew with a written work order. The customer requested that all her beds be edged included the one that she passed on. The crew did it. She also requested that all her shrubs be pruned, something that was never discussed or quoted, and the crew did it. She told them the edging and pruning were all included. When I (Dan Cahill). Learned that this happened I informed the crew it was extra work, and asked them to request $200 extra, a very reasonable amount. She accepted that and she paid it on the spot. We deposited the check paid in full. Later that day she called angry that we charged extra and did not talk to us very professionally. We explained to her that she requested extra work and therefore it was extra money. She did not agree but for some reason she paid it hours before. Very confusing and yes we agree about the written quote. I immediately began getting everything in writing even for small jobs after this. In this case, the customer attempted to have the crew do extra work for free, work that she declined or did not mention in the initial quote. We are very honest and hard working people and we provide quality services. We are always happy to do extra work upon request, at an additional charge."

"Thanks we appreciate the feedback and the work. This years weather was uncooperative, 70 degrees in Feb we thought an early start to the season, but than zero degrees in March. Landscapers did not start the season until April 9 in our area this year, we had the work done the next week before Easter upon request. If we had done the work when requested in March, the Mulch would have been disturbed by rain, snow, wind. We used our professional judgement to give you the best outcome for the Easter Holiday. Thanks again for the business."
"Thanks we appreciate the business and positive feedback. This was a very busy fall season, with late leaf fall, and heavy wet leaves we had to complete all clean ups twice this season. We plan to have extra office staff next year to be sure all errors are minimized with calls, this year our office staff worked with the crews some days. 2 Hours is good timing for a large yard with a lot of leaves and piles. Especially when done late in the season when leaves are decomposing and wet. We were able to complete all of our scheduled clean ups this year, and about 75% more than last year before the snow. Thanks again for the business we look forward to working with you again."

"Dan Cahill Response: I hired a full time quality manager that handles customer care 24/7 this season. I am well aware of this customers complaints, and I can personally confirm they are not valid. This is a new 2016 customer that signed a detailed contract with pricing on 5/23/16 in the middle of our very busy spring season, they signed up for Edging Beds $100, Mulching $175. Pruning $175, Plant Annual Flowers $225, all very reasonable prices. . On 6/09, 2 weeks after signing up we completed the edging, pruning and mulching. Most people request these services to be complete later, rather than earlier, so that the edging, mulch, and shrubs are look great for summertime. This customer called several times a day asking when the Annual Flowers would be planted, we planted them on 6/22/16, when we began planting Annual Flowers for the season. We do not plant them early in spring, since they are a summer flower, spring blooming ends and annual plants are done than, after clean up and mulch season. We have a very professional, and experienced crew that work very fast, with the best tools and equipment possible. The Costs that this customer is questioning are for the Annual Plants. We purchase about $125 worth of plants, the remaining $100 covers picking them up at the nursery, delivering them to the house, and planting them which took 2 workers 40 minutes. Annual Planting is more of a convenience item that we offer, and we usually break even with the pricing after factoring in delivery and labor. My Quality Manager / Office Manager and myself, work endlessly to please customers and resolve issues and I will personally guarantee that this feedback is not valid. There were no special events (birthday, weeding etc) that were impacted by our scheduling and we scheduled the work in the best interest of the customer. Please read all of our customer feedback, including on Angies List you will see that we have a great reputation, however with all businesses, there are some people that you just cannot satisfy."
