Never scheduled service due to the unimaginable rudeness from his wife Amy, who answers the phone. She has NO business dealing with customers. I feel sorry for Bob the owner. I was a customer for 20 years but no more after the treatment she gave me when I tried to schedule AC maintenance and repair. I wish I could post a recording of the conversation.
