Description of Work: I had some concrete stairs with a timber riser, the timbers had rotted and needed replacement, Ray Lopes removed the old timbers and replace them with new timbers. Other contractors wanted to rip out the concrete and repace with new concrete and timber. I samed over $1500. The work was completed in a day and a half, all of the discarded material was removed and the area cleaned. Very happy with the work and the price.
