Office responsiveness sometimes a little slow but overall good.

Stairs and wall were not installed correctly.  My friend spoke to Keith and was told he would take care of it.  Called many times and calls were not returned.  Finally got an estimate from another company and they corrected the problem in one day.
I had used Patriot Landscape many times for smaller jobs.  Thought they would be good for the work she needed done.  Keith
just did not want to take responsibility for work that was not done properly.  Have never given anyone else a referral to patriot

Hired the lanscaper/mason because of pictures he showed and because he showed his special certification from the paving stone company. Too bad he ended up not being on-site when the work was done. 10' round patio came out OK. The driveway apron was horrible and uneven. One of the workers said they made the mistake of laying it when the ground was too wet. It was re-done. The result was on one side it was now so low that when it rains, there is a huge mud puddle - not good for a driveway apron. The grass on the overseeding which cost $750 by iteself never grew one bit. We were told after they only guarantee grass if there is an in-ground sprinkler. Guess they forgot to menion that in advance. So the only thing left to complain about that could be fixed was the driveway apron. Calls, letters, and emails resutled in a couple promises, and one supervisor showing up on-site to look at it. After that, they never fixed the problem and did not return calls or emails. The most aggrivating thing about spending $3000 with this company was their total unresponsivness to a problem they created - that was fixable.
