Overall the house looked good after the cleaning, but on further inspection I discovered that the wood floors had not been swept under the beds (in four bedrooms) and there had been no vacuuming done under the sofa cushions. I was disappointed, however I was not on-site when the cleaning was done, and could not have it rectified. It was not up to my expectations.

"On this clean,we had a new team member,who was responsible for the floors and vacuuming of the furniture. When the team member was asked if they completed the cleaning tasks given to them and they said yes. As the owner of Mrs.Greencleans I should have check the work.From this cleaning experience,we have learned to double check all the work assigned to a team members."

Although she didn't do a full cleaning the first time I was pleased with the work that she did. I was satisfied with the cleaning that she did on the bathrooms.
