Horrible! He is not qualified. Ordered the wrong height fence, 3' vs 4'. Ordered the wrong style fence. My dog can now jump out of my yard. Completely installed the arbor wrong. Wrong location, didn't sink posts deep enough. Arbor is not square, plum, level, or true. Gate put on incorrectly, swings wrong way. Had fence manufacturer rep out and said they will not sell fencing to JHR landscaping. I now have a permanent structure on my property that is a disaster. Asked to repair another fence, told by others quoting would need at least 10 posts to fix, JHR said 3. I questioned whether this would suffice. Came back a second time and installed and guess what...fence is still falling down and needed the extra posts. Nothing done is correct and he asked for about 80% down payment. Smoked cigarettes while talking smack during installation.

The white picket does not meet the black chain-link, so there is about a two foot space that the dog can walk right thru. The chain link fence does not meet the ground in several spots. Basically, the dog can walk right out of the yard. I'm not sure they knew what they were doing. After several attempts to get the situation corrected, and promises to do so, the owner of JHR stopped returning calls. He has not made any corrective actions and will not call us back as of 11/24/2015. He was paid in full.
