J & K Floorcovering

The installer arrived more than an hour early on Saturday morning( before 7 AM!), talked trash and bragging about personal conquests all during the installation. I was glad I didn't have children present. The carpet was substantially lighter than the sample I had brought back to the store. Too late to reorder, I had paid up front and would have lost the cost of the carpet he said. When he left, a prominent seam is visible down the center of the room. (This was not visible with the old carpet.) The color gets dirty easily and the pad is depressed where traffic flows. This has only been in my house for less than 2 years and appears old and worn. Only my husband and myself live here, so no heavy traffic. My husband vacuums at least weekly. I have
not called them back. It was an experience to forget.
