Cunningham Termite and Pest Control

On the phone, Tim talked to me about the issues I spotted and treatment options. He was on time and very pleasant to deal with. He treated the perimeter of the house and the porch where the ants were nesting. He also checked for termite issues and assured me that the prior treatment I had done (by another company) was adequate and did not need to be repeated. I appreciate that he did not try to sell me on termite treatment I didn't need. I would definitely use Cunningham again.

A huge infestation of of carpenter ants surfaced in our living room.  Looked for an independent pest control company and found Tim Cunningham.  (Did not want a franchise operator.)  Tim responded quickly and showed up right on schedule the next day.  Tim was very knowledgeable and gave us a clear understanding of what needed to be done and why.  Tim's single treatment eliminated the problem and explained the ants would be not reappear after 3 weeks.  Actually no sight of them after 2 weeks.  Tim also found and eliminated the primary outside nest.  We agreed to have Tim return next year to avoid any recurrence of the problem.  We would definitely use Tim for any other pest control problems.

Tim provided a pest inspection for us while in the process of buying our house. Impressed by his knowledge of potential issues we might face, we have since hired him to spray the house for an annual treatment. Over the summer had a great experience and no pests inside the house. When we did see the beginnings of a hornets nest on the roof eaves, called and he was out to spray and kill the nest the next day. Very positive experience, plan to use him again in the years to come.

It was no problem to make the appointment for this inspection. Tim was punctual, thorough and professional, and treated me with respect. He pointed out evidence of an infestation and what would be needed to address it. The inspection didn't take long (it didn't have to, as he was only looking for pests and not doing an overall home inspection), but it was a great help to me. I would urge anyone who is buying a home to have a pest inspection done as well as a regular home inspection, for your own peace of mind.
