Excellent work & diagnosis. Also, the owner kindly gave me a lift home around 5pm after i dropped off my car . Then, the next day, when it was time to pick up car, he was nice enough to wait an extra 10-15 minutes after 5pm, even though he had a tennis match to get to.

Simple $179 belt tightening turned into a $1500 repair for a new exhaust. There was not a problem with exhaust until Buddy's service tech took the car for a test drive. Somehow he punctured the exhaust pipe so now it has to be replaced. I wanted to have Buddy at least split the cost. He wouldn't. He was unprofessional and said and quot;Sue meand quot; I want to warn everyone on Angie’s list that this is NOT an and quot;Aand quot; provider. BE ware. car to Please do not allow him to be a part of your network.”

"We have had problems with this customer previously under the name of [member name removed] as well as her son [name removed]. The vehicle in question has over 300,000 miles and is very rusty underneath. In test driving this vehicle for a belt noise, the rusty exhaust finally gave out. She told BBB that it was repaired by Toyota with two bolts. Now she is telling you a different story."
