Beware of The Comfort Man.They came to fix my heat and said there was heat but there was no heat. They came again and had heat in only part of the apartment. They sent me a bill for 2 service calls and gouged me on the parts. I attempted to talk to them and was blown off on the phone. I wrote them a letter explaining my side of what happened. The only response I got was a summons for small claims court. When my lawyer called to straighten it out they lied and said that I called many times telling them to take me to court. The public should be warned about a contractor that operates in this manner.

Promptly came for estimate. In fact, I had three estimates and they were the first to respond and get an estimate back to me. They were competitively priced and knowledgable. They had practical and good advice and did not try to oversell. The furnace had not been used for a few seasons, but we were assured it was in good working order even though we were prepared to upgrade they told us it was working well. The install of the air conditioning went quickly and despite them having to juggle us with a few other emergency service calls. Dave and his son along with two others worked on the project. They were all great to work with and are just plain nice people. When Dave noticed a bent doorframe on our slider he even got out a tool and tapped the track back in line. Above and beyond service. I will be using them again for our heating and AC needs.
