I purchased an offer with a fixed price; then the price went up; I agreed to pay more; 2 years later the shed is a mess flaking and needs more work

Each day they shoed up early and went right to work. It took a couple of days to scrap off the old paint before they could prime and then paint. They were very professional and respectful of my home (taking care to protect my home from unwanted paint).Once the work was done: one of the owners inspected the work and asked if I was satisfied. They both returned to do a couple of points of minor touchups and give the two doors the third coat that was needed to cover the original bright blue with the red that I had chosen. I would definitely use them again. The cost was not cheap, but very fair: considering the amount of work that was needed to complete the job.

Having dealt with many contractors on my small renovation project I can tell you that Brent and Sally are head and shoulders above the rest.
They show up on time, do what they say they will, and do it with a quality of workmanship and attention to detail that no one else has shown.
I really felt they were treating my property as their own, and they took great care with each thing they did.
They are a little more expensive than other contractors but without question you get what you are paying for with them.
There sense of dedication was proven when they were facing minor health issues and they were at my place working if they said they would be there. When I had a vision or idea of what I wanted they worked with me to make it happen. 
For example, I decided to do a wooden finish on my bathroom ceiling and wanted to use a vinyl flooring product not designed for ceilings. Brent and Sally figured out how to do it and now I have a unique and stunning Brazilian Cherry bathroom ceiling.
Another example of their amazing work was the moldings in my unit.
I do not like any of the commercially readily available moldings but saw a custom craftsman style molding in a picture that i loved.
I sent a copy of the online picture to Sally and when I went to see the progress of my work there were the moldings I loved installed in my place. 
Additionally, the workmen they employ are polite, conscientious and show up on time as well. 
They had re-created a custom version of the same molding. I will use Brentwood again for any project, from painting to tiling and carpentry they are a pleasure to work with and are just wonderful people.

My neighbor introduce me to Brent last year, I was impressed by him and his work. I asked him to paint my house.

They did the job. They were good. A couple of things that I didn't like was one of the men might have put something down on a piece of furniture and there was a ring on it. He had to go over that and fix it. He fixed it. But he did a decent job and was very accommodating. He knows what he was doing. He was reasonable. He wasn't cheap. The pricing was average. He was very professional.

I needed a new kitchen floor the old tiles kept on cracking. Brent first evaluated whether or not it was a sagging floor issue, it wasn't the old grout was turning to dust from the years of use. He gave me a contact to by  new tile. To save myself some money I demoed the old floor and Brent was availble for questions and advice. Once that was done Brent and help came back and put in the new tile and baseboard. Love the floor.
