We were week old new owners unfamiliar with the home's HVAC systems. My wife believed she heard noises from the condenser and wanted an inspection. BCL were along within fifteen minutes of my call. Before looking at the condenser they went to view the basement HVAC systems. Without a word they checked the Ocean Breeze fan and then the house Humidifier. They changed that filter which took a while. Not an easy job as the filter access is at floor level, the filter is a tight fit to remove and reinsert and to boot its entry point was awkwardly blocked by a pipe. They checked the condenser and reassured us no problem existed then left without charging an inspection fee. As this was our first dealing with a local contractor it was very rewarding. My wife was very pleased with their professionalism and good humour.

Bob is a professional! There was no major indicators of a malfunction of our heating system but I just needed peace of mind, that our filters were not generating too much residue. Bob was attentive to my concerns, thorough in this check up and explained his check in with me every step of the way. If the time comes when I do have an issue, I'll be calling on him for sure!

Bob had done a similar install for a friend of ours who recommended him.  We'd received a couple of quotes, and Bob's was the most competitive.  
The work was done on time and on budget.  We got a clean inspection by the Town.
A day or two after the furnace started running, I noticed a minor bit of condensation which Bob sealed immediately.  So, I can vouch for his follow-on as well.
We are very pleased with our new furnace and recommend Bob's company to our neighbors.
