Many companies are not interested in a small job like this one, but Glenn proactively kept in touch with me to fit my job in around his other commitments. Josh showed up exactly on time and was very careful to make sure he knew where I wanted each item before hanging it. He worked steadily until the job was completed. Just as important, he was very upbeat and pleasant and was careful to let me know if he need to make a trip out to his car so that my cat didn't get outside. Glenn followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

the end result was a very tidy, clean, precise job
