The quality of work and customer service that this mechanic provided was excellent! He is extremely conscientious about educating the customer, fixing what needs to be fixed, saving what can be saved, with safety at the forefront. I contacted him after being advised by another service center that I needed front brakes and rotors replaced. I was looking to compare prices and find someone close to me. He did the brake job for less. He saved the rotors by resurfacing them rather than replacing them and he rotated the tires as a courtesy and educated me about the tread wear on all. He showed me the brake pads that he replaced and explained the rotor resurfacing. He replaced a broken passenger side view mirror. I had bought the part on line, thinking that I would do it myself, but then had trouble figuring out how to get the door panel off to do it. Prior to going he spoke to me about helping me paint the mirror casing, if need be to, match the car, but fortunately the black looks fine with the dark car I have. I had also been told that the front wheel bearings would soon need replacing by another center. This mechanic drove the car with me and listened to the sound on straights and turns,etc. and felt for any vibration. He then gave then gave me an educated estimate as to how many more miles I had before this job would likely need to be done. (quite a few!). He gave me an estimate for that job and what it entails.
He also gave me a ride to and from my home.
This guy is great to have! Reliable, conscientious, cost effective!

They have the best mechanic. Before, he fixed the total brake system on my Honda, and he did a lot of work on it. He is not cheap, but they are extremely conscientious. The first time I went to him, I have a problem with my Chevrolet and nobody else could fix it. I brought it to a couple of different places including a Chevrolet dealership, but they were not able to fix it. I went to him and described the problem, and he said, "I can fix that" and he did. When I picked up the car, he said to me, "Do you mind if I call you back in a couple of weeks to make sure your car is running alright?" And he really did call me back. That is the kind of guy he is. And another time, he replaced a part in my car. He called me back later to make sure everything is alright. I have never had a mechanic like that in my life. He has a very small shop, and he is a one-man operation. He does everything, and he is very good.
