Ants Etc.

John from Ants, Etc. comes twice a year to spray my house and my mother's house next door, mainly in the kitchens.  So the price I've quoted is for one visit, but two houses.  He sprays both inside and outside.  For years before using Ants, Etc., I had no bugs at all.  Then, all of a sudden, about 6/7 years ago, I had tons of ants in my kitchen.  I completely freaked out.  I asked a couple of neighbors who had used the larger companies but continued complaining about ants, so I just looked in the yellow pages and chose Ants, Etc.  John is wonderful.  Very responsive, knows what he is doing, and whatever he does, it works.  Two visits, a couple of weeks apart, the first time years ago, and the ants were gone.  As I said, I have him come regularly, twice a year as preventative maintenance.  I rent out both houses during the summer and I cannot afford to have any problems whatsoever with ants in the kitchen or anywhere else.  It takes about two weeks for the ants to completely disappear.  If they don't, John guarantees his work and comes out again.  Since the first visit several years ago, a very few ants have re-appeared maybe twice.  Both times, John has come out again promptly and taken care of the problem.  I consider his services essential for a clean house, in particular since I rent them.
