We had Travis do electrical work on a house renovation and he was awful. First problem - he didn't show up. For months. He got started and then left and did not come back for over a month. He would tell us he was going to show up, but then didn't - multiple times. I suspect he got a better job elsewhere and decided we weren't worth much effort. Second, when he did come back he wanted more money! That takes chutzpah. The job itself was ok, but took a lot of redoing - things didn't work or weren't wired up correctly the first time, and we had to get travis back. The outlets were put in crooked so they look shoddy. He was uncommunicative, which made it difficult to know what he had done or was planning to do. And finally, he and his workers were inconsiderate towards the house and other workers. For example, although the painters had finished some of the rooms, Travis' crew ignored their efforts and made holes (which was not necessary) so that the painters had to come back and replaster and repaint. I would never, ever hire this person again.

The experience went reasonably well. He was very reasonably priced. The work he did was good, but he was not very responsive to me during the project. I would use him again with some reservation.
