The first visit went fine as i found him quite knowledgeable. Also, he squeezed me in as he was book that day and I appreciated it, Although his diagnostoc was pricier than others overlooked it since he squuezed me in that day. He gave me exact reasons on what happened to the furnace where another HVAC was not able to give the exact reason on what happened.  I would have given him A's all the way until he was suppose to be back in touch with me. He was suppose to get back to me with a quote and never did. I emailed him and did not receive a reply back. I guess when I said I would not be ready for a furnance for a couple of weeks due to waiting on the money to pay for it,  he choose not to follow up w/ me. Doesn't matter - went with the first compnay that came to my home and my furnance will be installed next week. Unfortunate as Mr. Burke was my 1st choice due to his knowledge. As they say, things work out for the best.
