South Shore Install

I wanted my over-the-range microwave installed by South Shore Install and purchased the microwave from a store he is affiliated with (I checked his website). Months before, I bought a new electric dryer from a big box store and when 3 delivery men came to the house, they said it wouldn't fit. I measured the old dryer before I bought a new one, but the men on the truck were very rude and barely tried. I told them to leave with the dryer and was refunded my money. I bought an identical dryer from a South Shore Install affiliate, and Dave delivered and installed it--by himself!--with no problems, and only charged me $69.
The over-the-range microwave replaced an old hood, and Dave was in and out in no time.
With both appliances, I was shown how to use the product and was treated with total respect. Trust me, these guys are all great and you won't mind them being in your home.

Dave and his crew were fabulous. We had many issues to solve before they could install all the appliances and even though the challegnes were not really Dave's problem, he gave me great advice and options. We had to fit two wall ovens into two existing opening in a brick wall that we thought might require a mason to enlarge. But Dave's team worked really hard to get the ovens to fit. One of his crew had worked with stone walls and exterior brick walls and was a tremendous asset in knowing how to scrap the brick opening and get the ovens in. They saved me almsot $850 dollars because I didn't need a mason.
The crew was professional and dealt very well with my "meltdown" about the refirgerator not being what we thought we had ordered - not their fault - but they put the old frig back and took the wrong one back with no complaints - just lots of reasurance that we'd eventually get things looking like I wanted.
They did such a good job that I am asking them to fix glass doors on my shower stall. Great to find out that also did glass installation. I recommend South Shore Install without reservation!
