Kristen is simply...THE BEST REALTOR IN THE
WORLD! She is honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. Kristen is
extremely professional and most importantly (to me) personable and an overall good person. She sold our
house within 24 hours and walked us through each step. We listened to her recommendations
and she was always right! The most difficult part of working with us, was
helping us find the "perfect" house within a certain time frame! She
showed us COUNTLESS homes and was always positive. She was always accessible and
worked with us 24/7. She knew exactly what we were looking for. Once we found a home it was a difficult transaction (to
say the least), but again, Kristen was extremely knowledgeable and always went
to bat for us! I was confident that she was looking out for us! She helped us
navigate a difficult transaction, never losing sight of our best interest! Even
after both closings, Kristen has followed up with us and genuinely
cares....that is hard to find these days! Her knowledge of the market and other
professionals (i.e. mortgage brokers, lawyers, home inspectors, etc.) is
impressive. We used all professionals that she works with regularly...and I am
so glad we did! She went above and beyond any expectation I had. I recommend anyone looking to sell or buy (or both) on the
South Shore to use Kristen Bishop. We had interviewed multiple agents prior to
hiring Kristen, and Kristen is BY FAR....simply the best!
