I love them there. They got great pickup times. They are really friendly. They know your dogs. They recognize you when you call. They are A+ all the way. The dogs like it there. Would absolutely use them again as they are the kennel of our choice.

Our dog goes to Elja for his grooming needs as well as for boarding. We are frequent travelers - possibly boarding our dog 8-10 times per year for varying time frames. We have only used Elja for boarding. First, they are very accomodating. The dogs are obviously treated very well while in their care (my dog thinks he's going to camp or to meet up with his buddies!). The staff is always professional. On occasion, I will call to check on him while we're away and I get a reassuring report. I have no complaints about boarding except I wish there was a Frequent Boarder card so we could get some kind of discount - the fees do add up.
In addition, Holly has always groomed him and she is really excellent. She seems to really care for the animals she grooms and he always looks, and smells, wonderful. No complaints.
We will continue our relationship with Elja as long as they continue their excellent service to us and our dog,

Upon arrival for the first time, the staff went over all his shots and verified his needs. The place was very clean, and the staff was super excited to meet my little guy. A brief tour of the facilities was offered. When I went to pick him up the staff went over his stay with me before I left. Of course, he was super happy to see me, however also wanted to say goodbye to his new friends. Huge props to the staff and in general to the kennel...I will definitely use them again (in fact he is already booked in for January).
