The job went very well. John was easy to work with, responsive and professional. He came to our house, measured and then we met at his store to select carpet. He had picked out samples based upon my description which made the whole process easier. After we got the quote it was 50% down, the rest after he called to make sure we were happy. On the day of installation, we had to make sure the area was clear and he was done when he said he would be.
One other note: when it was all done, John told me that the job was not an easy one so he was glad it came out well but he never let on he had reservations and fixed a lot of problems that were in the old installation. John was *much* easier to deal with than the big home improvement chains and I was happy to support a local business.

I was very happy with the price and service, and they are going onto my database of people to use again. Call them first.

It turned out very well, and the prices were fair. They said that since our basement was flooded once, that we should not put in the most expensive carpet . They suggested a carpet that was nice enough, but did not cost too much in case something happened again. We had used them three years ago to put carpeting in our home and decided to use them again. It is a family owned business; I think you get more personalized service when you use a local company. We will use them again in the future.
