The lights in two trees moved, after we had some fierce winds.  But I saw that as an act of nature and, since my ladder would reach, I climbed up and moved them back into position.  I did not even bother to tell the company.  When the lights started burning out, however (as all lights do), and I called to have them replaced, the company was slow to respond.  The last time they replaced lights, they did not put one light's cover on properly.  I did not realize that the cover was off until I found it on the ground, a few months later, when the snow melted.  I emailed the company to ask if the fixture would be okay if they did not replace the cover immediately.  They said, "yes,"  so I told them they could wait until Spring.  I emailed to remind them, the beginning of May.  When they had not come by the beginning of October, 2014, I emailed them again (they do not answer their phone).  I received no reply.  On October 15th, I emailed again.  The  answer I received was "I was off for four days . . .  it might be a week or so, before I can schedule.  When I did not hear from them by the 3rd of November, I sent an email saying that six months was too long to wait; I would find someone else.  I received a terse response: "okay."
Their charge is $125 an hour (minimum) to come out plus the cost of bulbs.
