Very fittingly - Wind River's customer service absolutely STINKS. We used this company for nearly 15 years to service our septic and they consistently did a good job. However, they broke one of the covers to our septic system during their most recent cleaning and, despite repeated calls/requests that they fix the issue, they still have not done so three months later. We now have to find another provider.

I scheduled an appointment for 9/21/19. On 9/21 I called to find out when they would arrived and was told it was moved to 9/28/19. I was not notified of this move and would not have known had I not called. They gave me a $25.00 credit to my account for the inconvenience. I gave them a second chance and called on 9/28/19 (the rescheduled date) to find out when they would arrive. I was told that my appointment had been moved to 10/12/19. Once again without any notification. They offered to double the credit asked what day I would like to reschedule to. Though customer service is very pleasant, I decided to cancel my account with them and will find another company. Use this company at your own risk!
