It went very nice. They were nice people and they were very timely. They seamed to be in the same price range that we got from other people. I like the fact that its locally owned and you talk directly to the owner as you are setting up the appointments which I think is important.

This company advertises ''same day'' service, but the technician was in fact unavailable for three days during the week before Christmas. He arrived at the appointed time, however, and remedied the problem (which I had previously correctly diagnosed and reported to his answering service operator) promptly, charging $75 for approximately ten minutes worth of work. If the design of the particular appliance was different, I could have remedied the problem myself, but I decided not to risk damage by attempting to remove components to access the drain assembly.
