We had previously dealt with another repair company who told us the
whole unit needed to be replaced. Still not sure of the exact problem,
but we have a plan of action and will definitely call Doug if the units
don't work after the electrical problems have been resolved.
We will be very glad if that is the only problem because it will be much less expensive than replacing the unit. However, not so glad that we waited five or so years to call someone out to fix it because we thought it was going to be a much larger repair bill.

He is amazing. We have referred him to other people. He does a great job, he is really contentious. If you have a situation where it is cold and you don't have heat, he prioritizes. He is professional and very nice.
