Raynor Overhead Door

I called them Monday morning and they were out that afternoon. They replaced the springs on one door and serviced the other two doors with a manual checkup. They were at my house for about 45 minutes and fixed it. The price was very reasonable. The technician was very helpful explaining what he was doing and only replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. They told me the repair man would be here at 2 p.m., the gentleman called me to let me know he was on the way and he was here on time. The only surprise I got was that the price was lower than I thought it might be. The only thing I did not like is that he really did not give me a really good estimate before he started. I knew exactly what he was going to do and he gave me a pretty good estimate of what the parts would be. They did not expect payment right away; they mailed me a bill. They called and told me what the total was and I was pleasantly surprised.
