I have been going to Professional for a number of years now.  We originally started using Professional (for our Subaru and Toyota) due to the convenient location.  We recently moved out of town but will likely continue to use them.
They are very honest about what repairs need to be done now vs can be put off until later.  Also, have given honest opinions about if vehicles should be replaced or if they can last longer.
Rental cars available for a low rate if needed.

It is a good experience. I like that they are honest. I know that they are not going to try to get more money out of me. If there is something else that needs to be fixed they will let me know first.

These guys were open and honest about the condition of the vehicle, including recommendations of what could be replaced eventually versus what I really needed to get done straight away.  Too many places just say "you need to replace it all" when the type of feedback that you get should be more in line with what these guys do.  Price was a little on the stiff side but not over the top.  Their garage, lobby and personnel were all very clean and professional looking.  I would definite use them again.

They didn't initially replace the plug wires.  Car ran rough.  Had to bring it back.

I went to the auto shop during lunch time. to get the state inspection sticker  There was maybe a 10 minute wait.  The inspection was done quickly and well and all the paperwork was taken care of.

Great. I use Professional all the time. They are expensive but I've learned over time that for complex diagnoses and repairs it's worth it. Their communication is great, they can be very busy but they can always squeeze me in.

Everything went great. We've been using PROFESSIONAL for a few years now and they are always courteous, punctual and reasonable with their pricing. 
It is clear that they are not in the business of selling you useless repairs and upgrades.

Well, not well for my car, had to replace all brakes and hoses. Professional Auto Services got it done fast and well. It took them only 1 day to get front/rear brakes and a master cylinder. Everything works great now. They were great to work with. Thanks guys.

I really appreciated that they let me use a rental car while they were working on my car. They were able to determine it was a transmission issue and were honest about what they could or could not do. They were very professional.

They talk to you in lemans terms. They are great about following up on the service. They seem like they know what they are doing and we have never had a problem. They are professional, courteous, and the price seems in line.

He was happy with the work that they did and so he recommended I take my car here too. I'm waiting to here how the work turns out.

The garage is very professional and well rated. He has done a very good job with his business. He is very trustworthy and so are his mechanics. They stick with him. I haven't had any major problems.

The fan switch, and sunroof drain that was repaired, and the air filter that was installed are all still fine, but highly overpriced, as was their quote to estimate the most pressing problem of the check engine light. I ended up getting the check engine light estimated for free and repaired for less than $100.00 at another facility.

I have owned my 1992 Integra since December 1991, and it has 204k miles. The original mid-pipe assembly lasted 13 1/2 years and was replaced by Midas in 2004 at 186k miles. I asked for an Acura part, but weeks later my dealer informed me that that was not what I had received. The price I paid turned out to be for the lesser-quality part, so I decided to just keep what I had, even though it seemed noisy. In August 2008, the mid-pipe rusted and partially detached from the rest of the exhaust system. It was unsafe to drive far, so I got estimates at two local places of service, for comparison, the same place that had installed the mid-pipe, and Professional Automotive Service, which my husband had used once for some repair on a Ford Taurus. I had planned to use Professional Automotive Service and was happy when they gave me a considerably lower (@$75) estimate. I dealt with Paul Finlay, the service manager. He was professional, friendly, and competent. He listened and accurately recorded the details of the services that I wanted performed. I was able to schedule the work promptly and at my convenience. The work was done perfectly and at the price estimated. The owner, Rick Marino, sent a follow-up letter asking if the work was done properly, encouraging me to call anytime with feedback I'd like to share, and informing me of their new referral incentive. I would definitely give an A rating to Professional Automotive Service for the service they provided me August 14, 2008.

We have also used them for regular maintenance on my car (oil change, fluid check).

I think that it was a great place. I have been using them for a very long time now. They are always very professional and timely. They are always willing to work with me, whenever I need something done, like telling me which things can wait and which things are absolutely necessary.
