They were very good. The young man was very personable. The quality of the work was very good.

Actual cleaning was average at best, but scheduling and promptness where terrible. I do not recommend and would would hire them again.

Some tough areas in room came clean, but other average spots in room were not removed. He was very fast, but I think the job suffered because of it. He forgot about scotchgard protection until I asked about it and then said he didn't bring it, but wouldn't recommend it anyway.

We've been using them for 5-6 years. They are very punctual, reliable, and they do a good job. Its fantastic although they're busy.

He is excellent. Everything he does is wonderful. John is his name and he is a great and excellent guy. The work he did was through an estate.

The price is good, but I'm a realtor and bring a lot of work to them so I might get a better price, don't know... Regardless, they always do a good job. Show up on time. I've had some companies where the carpet is wet when they leave, but once it dries it still looks dirty. (too late. they are gone!) With this company I can see the difference; the carpet is cleaner than it was. I'd recommend them.

I've been using Patriot Cleaning since about 2003. Jon always takes my calls and performs the cleaning himself--he's friendly and professional, very accommodating with scheduling an appointment--and he likes dogs. I keep the dog out of the way while the cleaning is going on, but other pet owners know that the level of comfort of the service provider makes a difference, too. I usually have a coupon from the circular but either way, the prices are right. Having the sofa professionally cleaned has certainly extended its life because it takes a beating. I have no plans to use any other service for my upholstery or carpet cleaning needs: Patriot Cleaning offers good service, good value, and a pleasant experience. I've recommended them many times.
