 + -1 more$ Jay Ward came and gave me a quote for the work that needed to be done. This was agreed to by our insurance company. NBC came within the week and all the work was completed in 3 days. I would definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: As a result of wind and water damage, there was a great deal of rot under the one of our windows.NBC had to deconstruct an exterior wall, replace a portion of the foundation, take out a window and then rebuild the whole thing. In order to get to the wall and foundation, they also had to remove a piece of our deck. The work was done quickly and well and all the people involved were extremely pleasant. They all cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day. I also had a hardwood floor installed at the same time.

 + -1 moreWORK WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. CONTRACTOR WAS RESPONSIVE TO ALL OUR CONCERNS AND PERSONALLY SUPERVISED MOST OF THE WORK. COST OF WORK WAS EXTREMELY CLOSE TO ESTIMATED, DIFFERED ONLY DUE TO CHANGES INITIATED BY HOMEOWNER. COST WAS FAR LESS THAN ESTIMATES RECEIVED FROM OTHER CONTRACTORS.
Description of Work: DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED HOME ADDITION CONSISTING OF FAMILY ROOM, BATHROOM, DECK, AND LAUNDRY ROOM.
