HE IS DISHONEST, DID NOT SHOW UP ON SCHEDULED DATES, HELD UP THE OTHER CONTRACTORS, USED FOWL LANGUAGE AND WAS DISRUPTIVE TO THE JOB SITE. HE FINALLY WALKED OFF THE SITE AND CUT THE WIRE ON HIS WAY OUT.
