After getting a few quotes for a roof replacement from other contractors, I chose Martell construction to replace the roof on my house. Mike and his crew arrived on time and were very polite. They completed the job in a day and cleaned up all the debris before leaving. Haven’t had a roof leak since. I would recommend them for your roofing needs, very dependable contractor.

Martell Construction has done the roof on two of our houses, one remodel and one new construction. Mike is easy to work with. He and his crew start the day early and work hard all day. He coordinates well with other disciplines (worked with our mason to assure the chimneys were flashed well). I highly recommend Mike and Martell Construction, and would hire him again without question.

Mike and his crew were great to work with, they gave my wife the support she needed to be comfortable managing the project while I was away and the leaking roof has been water tight ever since. Mike was the first contractor to recommend removing the 3 layers of old shingles and doing above the minimum to ensure the new roof was water tight at the junctions with the clapboard. He also gave us great suggestions for varying roof construction for the gutter repair installation. Our house was built originally in 1780 but has been added to dozens of times creating a sprawling 45000 sq ft challenging roof to say the least!. We will be contacting him again in the future for the next instalment in our roof repair needs.
