Yes, I recommend this pro
At first this looked like a straightforward project. The posts to 4 sections of our privacy fence were not vertical. The fence is on an incline and the posts were installed slanted. Due to the pre-drilled posts and my expectations on how the fence should look Ilson Machado did everything possible to comply to my wishes. However it couldn't work so he pulled everything out and redid it as he originally suggested. What should have been a 4 hour job took 2 days due to him trying to satisfy me. When he came back the next day, he had thought of a better more aesthetically pleasing way to do the job so he again ripped out what was done already and redid it. He never complained, he never increased the quote, he just solved the problem. He was professional, courteous and gracious. I highly recommend Machado Custom Projects.
