Kaisson was extremely responsive, and his team was very easy to work with. I felt his estimate was reasonable, and he completed the work in a timely fashion. He even came back to the house after the paint had dried on the decks to help me carry the furniture back onto the deck. Highly recommend, will use K-Rod in the future!

We had hired them to repair some damaged walls resulting from some electrical work that required the walls to be opened up as well as screws marks resulting from a contracting job, repair and paint two ceilings that had received water damage, and fully repaint in new paint color two of the rooms that received the previously mentioned damages. For that work, we received a reasonable estimate (compared to competitors) and the result of that work was for the most part very good. However, after one of the rooms was fully repainted (in a lighter color) we noticed that one of the walls was very lumpy from a previous repair. Since this was not noted in the original proposal and therefore beyond the scope of the proposedwork, we asked how this issue could be fixed and for an estimate for such additional work. They evaluated the issue and believed it needed to be skim-coated. We agreed to have the additional work done for the additional cost proposed. This is when we encountered some issues: First, the skim-coating had to be done twice. When I first noted that the issue hadn't been resolved (after the first round of skim-coating), their workers dismissed my concerns, which I found to be rather rude. Second, when it was agreed that the skim-coating had to be redone, they were lax in taking the necessary precautions to protect affected areas. As a result dust got into some pricey wall-mounted speakers and dust blew into the adjoining living room, hallway and dining room areas. Even though they did clean up afterwards, it was still a messier outcome than had they been more diligent in taping down the plastic sheetings that were put up. I think in the interest of getting the job done, they underestimated the level of work necessary to correct the issue and took short-cuts. Bottom-line: I think K-Rod is more than capable of providing general wall repairs and offering good painting results, but asking them to address more serious wall repairs might be a stretch that could result in a less than stellar experience for a homeowner. They're good but I would not trust them to anything more than minor wall repairs and pedestrian painting needs.

Kaisson and his team were really great. They came over for the initial appointment when they said they would, gave us a great quote, and were able to paint all of our exterior surfaces in a timely manner. They even worked on the 4th of the July, which they did not have to do. The main painter was very nice and worked very hard to get all the old paint off of our deck, which was not an easy task. I would highly recommend K-Rod painting to anyone. Now our house looks great to put on the market in the spring!

K-Rod did some exterior painting, interior painting, power washing of my deck and repair of some sills. Everything went very smoothly - very easy to work with, professional, tidy, prompt and beautiful results. A1 Perfectionist! The owner is communicative, friendly and helpful; even assisted me with paint colors. His staff is wonderful. All very professional, did a beautiful job. Thorough. They power washed vinyl siding, prepped and painted wood trim and shutters and sanded rust of wrought iron railing and repainted. Everything left very neat and clean. All paint that had gotten on windows was scraped away. They took extra care and time to do the project right. I am most pleased and will refer to anyone. I will also call them again. Just cannot be happier.
